How to Create and Mark Land Mortgage

Steps

1. Drafting

   1. Search for Land Mortgage Entities
      1. Click "Create Entities" in the BuildNow ribbon and search for "Land Mortgage".
   2. Create Land Mortgage Entity
      1. Use the Polyline or Rectangle tool to create the Land Mortgage polyline.
      2. Land Mortgage polylines must be drawn encompassing the Individual Sub Plot polylines that are being mortgaged.

2. Marking

   1. Search for Land Mortgage section in Marking Progress
      1. Navigate to the Mortgage Unit section in Marking Progress Window: Guided Marking => Land Mortgage.
      2. Or can search for "Land Mortgage" in the marking progress search bar and select the Land Mortgage section.
   2. Mark Land Mortgage:
      1. Select the appropriate Land Mortgage Type:
         1. MORTGAGE
         2. MORTGAGE_FOR_CAPITALISATION_CHARGES
         3. MORTGAGE_FOR_NALA_CONVERSION
   3. Enter the Land Mortgage Name. This name will be displayed in the Scrutiny Report and the Auto Generated Drawing PDF.
   4. Click "Save and Next Unmarked" after entering all required data.
   5. Repeat the process for all remaining Land Mortgage entities in the drawing.

Drawing Conventions

• Land Mortgage polylines must be drawn within the __BN_Plot polyline.
• Land Mortgage polyline must encompass the __BN_IndivSubPlot polylines that are being mortgaged.
